Andalusian Style Ring Rings with Apple Aioli

Ingredients

Andalusian style Frinca / Prielá rings 150 g
Applesauce 15 g
Aioli 30 g
Diced green apple  

Preparation

- Mix the aioli with the applesauce until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.

- Frying the Anillas a la Andaluza Prielá / Frinca.

- Arrange the rings on a plate with the apple aioli.

- Place the apple cubes on top of the aioli.
