Tuna and piquillo pepper croquettes with piquillo pepper compote

Ingredients

Tuna and piquillo bell pepper croquettes  4 Units 
Piquillo peppers 2 Units 
Sugar 40g
Beer 35g
Garlic  1/4 Units 
Fresh red chili pepper  
Chervil  

Preparation

- Pour the oil in a saucepan and add the diced garlic, together with the fresh red chili pepper, the piquillo peppers and leave it for about 5 minutes.

- Then pour the sugar and the beer into the saucepan. Let it boil for a while.

- At the same time, we put the tuna and piquillo peppers croquettes to boil with extra virgin olive oil.

- Finally, serve the croquettes together with the piquillo peppers compote and the chervil.
