Stew Croquettes with Stew Broth and sautéed Cabbage


Frinca / Prielá stew croquette 3 Units
Stew broth 1 Vaso
Cooked cabbage 1/4 Unidad
Garlic 1 Unit
Sweet paprika and hot paprika  
Oil and salt  


- Prepare the sautéed cabbage: fry the garlic clove in oil. Add the cooked cabbage and the two bell peppers, stir.


- Frying the croquettesPrielá / Frinca


- Place cabbage baskets on a plate.


- Place a croquette of stew on top of each basket.


- Accompany the dish with a glass of stew broth.
