Stew Croquettes with Scrambled Potatoes


Prielá / Frinca stew croquettes 4 Units 
Medium potato 1 Unit
Bacon 25 g
Smoked sausage 40 g
Garlic 1 Unit
Onion 1/4 Unidad
Sweet paprika and hot paprika    
Oil and salt  


· Prepare the scrambled potatoes: cook the potato with the onion, bay leaf and half the garlic.


· Fry the other half of the garlic, bacon and chorizo in a frying pan. Reserve.


· Fry the Frinca / Prielá Stew Croquettes


· Pour the cooked potato into a frying pan with a little oil. Add the two peppers and salt. Add the garlic, bacon and chorizo.


· Arrange the croquettes on a plate and place the scrambled potatoes on the side.
