Spinach Croquettes with Waldorf

Ingredients

Spinach Croquettes  4 Units 
Llima  1 Unit
Liquid cream 50g 
White cabbage  50g
Honey 1/2u
Celery 10g
Red Apple 30g
White pepper  
Walnuts  
Chives  

Preparation

- Prepare the salad: cut the cabbage into strips, the celery and the apple into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper and add the Waldorf dressing.

- Fry the Prielá Spinach Croquettes.

- Arrange on the bottom of the serving plate a spoonful of Waldorf Salad per croquette.

- Place the croquettes on top of the salad and place a raisin on top of the croquettes as a decoration.
