Potato omelette croquettes with bread with tomato and ham

Ingredients

Potato omelette croquettes  4 Units 
Iberian Ham 5g
Tomato 5g
Rosemary and thyme  
Whole-grain crackers  
Sugar  

Preparation

- Put the tomato, sugar, thyme, salt and salt in a saucepan and cover it with oil.

- While this boils, we put oil in a frying pan and place the Iberian ham to brown it.

- Then we fry the croquettes.

- To present them, we put a whole wheat craker with a base of the tomato that we have prepared previously, we place the potato omelette croquette on top and finally, we add the Iberian ham.
