Croquettes of Vegetables and Goat Cheese with Romesco

Ingredients

Croquettes with Roasted Vegetables and Prielá Goat Cheese / Frinca 4 u
Onion 1 u
Garlic 5 u
Tomato 12 u
Ñora 1 u
Fried Bread  
Hazelnuts  
Sherry vinegar  
Oil and Salt  
Romanesco cooked  

Preparation

- Prepare the Romesco sauce: roast the onion, garlic, tomato, ñora and hazelnuts in the oven.

- Add the toasted bread, vinegar, oil and salt and mash.

- Fry the Roasted Vegetables and Frinca / Prielá Goat Cheese croquettes.

- Arrange the croquettes on the serving plate accompanied by the cooked romanesco.

- Garnish generously with the romesco sauce.
