Crunchy Chicken with Apple and Beer

Ingredients

Frinca Chicken Crunchy / Prielá 100 g
Apple 1/2 u
Beer 80 ml
Butter  
Sugar  

Preparation

- Sauté the apple in the butter. Add the beer and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the sugar and caramelize the apple.

- Remove from the heat when the apple is soft and mash.

- Fry the Frinca Prielá Chicken Crunchy.

- Serve the chicken crunchy topped with the sauce.
