Tuna Empanadillas with Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients

Tuna Empanadillas  3 Units 
Tomato 2 Units
Basil  
Garlic  
Sugar  
Extra virgin olive oil   

Preparation

- Prepare the tomato sauce: peel and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Chop in brunoise.

- Season and add the basil. Sauté in the oil until done.

- Fry or bake the Prielá / Frinca Tuna Pasties.

- Arrange the tomato sauce in the bottom of the dish.

- Place the pasties on top and decorate with a basil leaf.
