Meat Lasagna with peasant sauce with goat cheese

Ingredients

Prielá Meat Lasagna Recetas del Mesón 300 g 1 u
Milk 150 g
Wheat flour 7,5 g
Garlic 1 u
Goat cheese 12,5 g
Salt 1 g
Oregano  

Preparation

· Sauté the garlic with the butter. Add the flour, cook for 1 min. and add the milk and oregano.

· Season with salt and boil for 5 minutes over low heat.

· Remove from heat, grate half of the cheese and add to the sauce.

· Arrange the rest of the cheese in circles on a baking tray. Bake for 2 min. at 180 ºC. Roll into a cylinder shape.

· Place the sauce in a baking dish. Place the beef lasagna on top of the sauce and bake for 25 min.

· Remove from the oven, serve and garnish with the cheese wafers.
