Preparation

- Without defrosting the base, spread the surface with the fried tomato, spread the mozzarella.

- Place the escalivada cut into strips, the olives cut into slices, and the tuna (drained of oil).

FINISH AND PRESENTATION :

- Bake the pizza at 220ºC for 6 min.

- When removing the pizza, place the anchovy fillets and arugula leaves on top.
