Breaded rabas with romesco sauce

Ingredients

Rabas empanadas Priela / Frinca 160 g
Romesco sauce 30 g
Mixed lettuce 15 g
Tomato 15 g
Chives 8 g
Toasted hazelnuts 4 g
Bread crumbs 5 g
Salt 1 g

Preparation

· Dress the lettuce with 1/3 part of the romesco sauce and the pieces of bread.

· Place the salad in a mold. Add the sliced tomato.

· Add 1/3 of the romesco sauce and the hazelnuts. Cover with the sliced spring onion.

· Fry the breaded Rabas.

· Unmold the salad on the plate and add the rabas.

· Garnish with hazelnuts and the rest of the sauce.
