Kentucky-style Cajun chicken strips with tomato coconut sauce

Ingredients

Cajun chicken strips Kentucky style  6 Units
Tomato 30g
Coconut milk 50g
Garlic 1/8 Unit
Lime leaves, kefir and citronella.  
Ginger  
Lima  
Guindilla  

Preparation

- Pour the coconut milk in a paella pan.

- Grate the garlic and ginger.

- We add the chili cut in small pieces.

- Add the lime leaves, kefir and citronella.

- Stir until it comes to the boil. Let it boil for a while and remove.

- Fry the Cajun chicken strips.

- To present it, pour the sauce on the plate and place the chicken strips on top.

- As decoration, add the diced tomato.

- Finally, squeeze half a lime on top.
