Pork 30%, bell pepper 13%, cheese 7% and Iberian ham shoulder 2%.

FRYING MACHINE (recommended): Straight from the freezer, fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC), between 3.5 and 4 minutes (for the black rice and allioli croquettes reduce the time to 3 minutes).
