Hake and Shrimp Croquettes in Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

Hake Croquettes Prawns Prielá 5 u
Tomato 100 g
Chives 25 g
Lime juice  
Salt  
Cilantro  
Sweet and Sour Sauce  

Preparation

- Prepare the pico de gallo: peel the tomato and remove the seeds. Chop in concassé the tomato and the spring onion. Add the lime juice, salt and finely chopped cilantro. Set aside.

- Fry the Hake and Prawns Prielá croquettes.

- Place the sweet and sour sauce on the bottom of a plate. Place the croquettes on top.

- Decorate each croquette with a teaspoon of pico de gallo.
