Without defrosting. FRIES (recommended): Fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC) for 3 minutes. Fry a few units at a time. Make sure they are well covered with oil without touching each other. PAN: Fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC) for 3 minutes. Turn them often. Let stand 3 minutes before eating.
